Neuroscience is Rewriting the Story of Parenting Author 切尔西Conaboy will be speaking with us not just as a researcher but also as a parent to a child with autism. She will share the experiences that led to her writing 母亲的大脑. "For so many of us, maternal instinct doesn’t show up, at least not in the ways we expected it to." Our brains go through a previously undiscussed journey that Chelsea will illuminate in this fascinating talk. What is the impact of these shifts and what does it mean for our individual experiences—as caregivers to our particular children—and for the policies and 项目 that support 家庭?
Join us for an online discussion with the author hosted by Jay Huston, Stanbridge Head of High School, including time for reflection and Q&A. |
